The Concept

Kuantan Waterfront Resort City is a new vibrant icon being developed, covering 500 acres of land in Kuantan. It is designed to be Kuantan’s First Integrated Resort, Leisure and Entertainment Destination within the waterfront living enclave.

The Development Components consist of:

1. Waterfront Living

The first phase will see the completion in 2019 of the luxury Imperium Residence, a 28-storey service apartment, which will stand tall right next to the new all-suite international 4-star Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan. It will subsequently see the creation of a Marina with yacht facilities, which will attract boat lovers from all over the region and beyond.

2. Seafront Living

The epitome of seafront living. Residents of the international villas will experience magnificent views of the sunrise over the South China Sea, as well as spectacular views of the City Skyline.

3. M.I.C.E.

The Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition Centre of KWRC.

4. International Cruise Terminal

International cruise ships will set course for KWRC and dock here at the cruise terminal, right on the seafront of Kuantan’s new township. International travelers will flock to the City of Lights during their stopover, to indulge themselves in the many offers available at our luxury shopping centre, or to enjoy a variety of local flavors at one of the many restaurants that line this area.

5. City of Lights

The flagship entertainment hub of KWRC, which will offer amazing shopping experiences in its Premium Retail Outlets, and unforgettable experiences for all ages at its entertainment centers and marine life park. Its iconic 59-storey tower will be the spire of its imposing skyline, which will lighten up the sky at night.

6. Green Promenade

Parks and lush tropical gardens line this green section of KWRC, which will form the green heart of KWRC.

9. Healthcare Hub

The Medical and Wellness Center will provide an all-round service to tourists and visitors at its world class medical facilities.

Kuantan Waterfront Resort City will be divided into several areas which concentrates on providing facilities and services for the visitors and public. It shall have its Tourism Attractions and Facilities, with main attractions of Water Theme Park, Indoor Aquaria and Waterfront Alfresco. For the sailors and boat lovers, Kuantan Waterfront Resort City will have its own Marina & Yacht Facilities and Light House. One also can enjoy Duty Free Shopping Experiences, Premium Outlets with many branded names and one can enjoy dining on the Floating Restaurant too.

The Hotel & Resorts which includes; Boutique Resort & Spa, Waterfront Services Hotel, Waterfront Suite Residence and a Convention Centre.
